I'm a member of the Teaching, Learning & Research group within the blended Libraries & IT department, Learning, Research & Technology, at Smith College. We're planning new service and collaboration points, including a UX lab as part of a major library renovation and construction project, to open in early 2021. As Chair of the Five College User Experience Committee I'm most interested in UX for FOLIO (the Future of Libraries is Open), and UX with EBSCO Discovery Service and other research and collection discovery services.
