D25: Leveraging unstructured data to improve online service delivery
USer satisfaction with core onlien services is suboptimal in some significant areas. To locate and assess the root of our most common issues with core services, we leveraged our large pool of unstructured data to help identify areas of concern. Various types of unstructured data - user contributed issues, usability test results, social media conversations, and more - were brought together, cleaned, and processed.
