Business Analysis (BA) is the process of enabling change in an organization by understanding business problems, defining needs, and recommending solutions. What can UX practitioners can takeaway from business analysts, the masters of requirements?_x000D_
This talk will touch on a key component of BA work, elicitation: tasks performed to draw out information from stakeholders, which is translated into requirements and design information. I'll highlight the process of elicitation and recommended techniques.
