Many libraries don’t have full time staff to devote to the building, maintenance, and improvement of web platforms. These roles are often split amongst library staff with varying expertise and authority. Effectively communicating the value of user experience design is a crucial part of doing good UX work, and in getting buy in from your library. This presentation will detail how to get buy in from staff at all levels as a web project leader.
