Library development programs are more important than ever in a climate where budgets are flat or declining. The presenter aims to improve the user experience of library online giving. This presentation explains the difference between “Support the Libraries” pages and other parts of library website, analyzes the UX research achievements by or for non-profits and charities, and implements their design guidelines and best practices to the web presence of the Library development program.
