D19-02: Intranets for Humans

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

An intranet can often be a convergence of outsized expectations, over-engineered technology and organizational politics. Attendees will take up some of the following questions: At which stage of a project are challenges best addressed? Are there barriers that can't be removed through good planning? When does a design project become a change management project? And once it's built, how do you keep developing for how people end up using it?
